Not only does our Pumpkin Spice Pup Cup recipe make a tasty treat for your dog, but it's also great for their tummy & digestive system. Pumpkin is a natural stomach soother that helps to remove excess water in your dog's digestive tract. The results are healthy poops!

We also opt for coconut milk which is full of healthy fats that are great for keeping your dog's coat shiny and healthy.

Along with all the yummy liquids, we add delicious spices. Cinnamon, turmeric, and ginger boost the health benefits of your pup's pup cup. 

Ginger: This spice is filled with antioxidants & it contains anti-inflammatory properties that can promote healthy blood circulation, ease bloating, and increase heart health. 

Turmeric: Its woody, earthy & spicy notes add a nice layer of flavor. At the same time, this spice includes an active ingredient called curcumin. Curcumin has anti-inflammatory properties that support your dog’s immune health. Turmeric also has antioxidant benefits as well. 

Cinnamon: This delicious spice adds a sweet flavor to your pup's drink. But its benefits are even sweeter. Cinnamon contains antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, and anti-fungal properties. Also, it promotes heart health and can regulate blood sugar levels. 

Avoid using pumpkin pie spice or pumpkin pie mix as a substitute in our recipe, as it often contains allspice & nutmeg which should be avoided in your pet's treats & diet. PUMPKIN SPICE PUP CUP
Recipe by Loki Doki Dog

INGREDIENTS: ⅓ C crushed ice, ½ C coconut milk, 1 C pumpkin puree, ¼ tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ground ginger, 1/8 tsp turmeric, Optional: dog safe whipped cream, Optional: homemade dog treat

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour blended mixture into a dog safe cup. We choose a clear plastic disposal cup.

3. Optional: Top your pup’s drink with dog safe whipped cream. Garnish your dog’s drink with a homemade treat, made with your Loki Doki Dog cookie cutter.
