We developed our mini cookie cutter tool to make it easier to stamp with our cutters designed for sizes 1.5 inches or smaller, as well as for tight spaces in some of our intricate cookie cutter designs. We recommend using a non-sticky dough for better ease in stamping and releasing the dough from the impressions. If you tend to work with a delicate dough, such as gluten-free dough, you may want to consider ordering our cutters with an add-on, which includes a two-piece cut-out and stamp set; this add-on is sold separately.
When working with our standard sized cutters, it is recommended to utilize our Standard Cookie Cutter Tool Set. Our standard tools are more forgiving on larger pieces of cut-out dough.
