SHIPPING ORIGIN

Orders will ship from Nevada, USA.

PROCESSING TIME ON STANDARD ORDERS

Most items, including cookie cutters, are made to order. Current processing time is 4 to 5 business days, excluding holidays. unless noted otherwise on the header of our website. Orders are processed in the order they are received, Monday through Friday.

PROCESSING TIME ON ORDERS WITH A CUSTOM ITEM

Orders that include items requiring proof approval before manufacturing will endure a longer processing time. The individual product page for each custom item will indicate whether a proof is required, along with details about the extended processing time and what to expect when placing your order. If your order contains standard items, everything will ship once the custom item is completed.

WHERE CAN YOU SHIP

Shipping is available to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and selected European countries, including the United Kingdom.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and distance. Orders will ship from Loki Doki Dog's place of business, from Nevada, USA.

DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES (outside of the US)

All international packages will ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to simplify the process and avoid surprise charges for the buyer. All necessary VAT, duties, brokerage fees, and taxes are all calculated & collected at checkout. This will allow a customer's international package to move through customs at a quicker pace and potentially not be held up in customs. The customer will not have to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery. 

Global-e is the merchant of record for all international transactions through Loki Dog Dog's website. Global-e does assist with ensuring compliance with international e-commerce transactions and shipments from this website. This helps to provide a smoother experience for customers located outside of the US.

Within the US- USPS & UPS

Outside the US- UPS or DHL

PO Boxes & APO/FPO- UPS Services & DHL Express does not offer delivery to PO Boxes. For military bases & APO/FPO mailing addresses, USPS must be selected at checkout. A selection of an alternate delivery service or providing an alternate shipping address will be required in these cases.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping companies can be impacted by uncontrollable issues like weather, global or national emergencies, labor shortages, and more. Loki Doki Dog is not responsible for transit delays with a customer's package. Private shipping companies like UPS & DHL generally provide a more reliable service. Upon inquiry, Loki Doki Dog will assist if tracking updates cease for an extended amount of time. They will complete a service request with the shipping company. The customer may also contact the shipping company directly if they wish to request a service request on their behalf.

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

US (contiguous states) - Approximate ship time for ground services is 3-5 business days; USPS Priority is 2-3 business days. UPS 2nd Day Air is also available.

US (non-contiguous states, including Hawaii & Alaska) - Ground services can take 4 to 10 business days. To avoid potential delays, consider upgrading your shipping option at checkout.

International (outside of the US)-  For UPS, Standard is 3-9 business days & Expedite is 3-7 business days. For DHL, Parcel Direct is 3-10 business days; Parcel Standard is 4-8 business days, and Express Worldwide is 1-3 days.

UPGRADED SHIPPING

Upgrading your shipping at checkout does not expedite our processing time.

PACKAGE INSURANCE

Domestic shipments are automatically insured for up to $100 with the selected shipping company. To add additional insurance, the buyer can inquire about available options and costs before their order ships or placing an order.

International shipments will ship without insurance. To add insurance to an international package the buyer can inquire about available options and costs before their order ships or placing an order.

If a package is insured and is lost or stolen, in rare instances, damaged upon arrival, Loki Doki Dog will assist the customer in filing a claim directly with the shipping company.

UNDELIVERABLE DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION 

If a package is returned to Loki Doki Dog due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the buyer is responsible for return and redelivery costs. Loki Doki Dog is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

No refunds will be issued for orders that are returned or misdelivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES

Loki Doki Dog is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the specified address. Loki Doki Dog will assist and determine if a package is confirmed delivered to the provided address. Once verified, delivery details, including date, tracking information, and shipping carrier information will be provided for the customer to investigate. If the package includes insurance, the customer can file a claim directly with the shipping company to recover the loss from a missing delivered package.

No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed as delivered to the provided address.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

In rare cases, shipping damage can occur. Loki Doki Dog is not solely responsible for damage that occurs while in transit by the shipping company. When an item arrives damaged, the customer must notify Loki Doki Dog within 3 days from when the package was marked delivered by the shipping company. Providing a clear photo of the damage, along with details will be required. Retainment of all packaging, including the box and contents, will be necessary to best assist. Loki Doki Dog will evaluate the situation and determine the best way to resolve an issue that arises from shipping damage to a customer's order.
