MODEL Agreement

What you will receive once accepted into the program:

Welcome gift with first purchases upon acceptance.
A referral code to share with followers and friends.
A 20% discount code just for you to shop.
Earn commission when your code is used
5% back in the form of store credits when you purchase products from presales.

Requirements:

18 years old or older and living in the USA.
An active public Instagram account that's dedicated to your pup.
Must be following @lokidokidogshop
Share & send model photos when a purchase is made using your shopping discount or credits.
Post to your Instagram feed & stories as outlined in the welcome packet, with content modeling our product(s) & re-sharing shop events.

If you are not found to be fulfilling the requirements of our program, you will be considered inactive. When you become inactive, any outstanding store credits will expire, discounts will be deactivated and you will be removed from the program.

Sharing of your referral code on coupon websites or apps is strictly prohibited. Spam is not allowed when promoting our brand, according to anti-spam laws. Ambassadors must comply with all federal, state and local regulations.

Any Ambassador not meeting these requirements will be promptly removed from the program and all discounts and credits will be revoked.

Not Allowed in the Promotion of our Products:

No inappropriate posts when featuring our brand. No imaging or videos that disobeys any law; no profanity; no nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive content; no violence, hatred or offensive remarks of any person or group; no advertising of weapons, tobacco, alcohol, or illegal drugs; no display of any actions that may appear hazardous.
No use of imaging/photographs/graphics/video/sound that is copyrighted by another person or artist without having their full permission.

Product Promotion:

Where you may promote Loki Doki Dog's product(s):

Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
Your own website or blogs
Email (friends & family only, no spam)

Commission:

As a Model you will receive a referral code to promote our brand. Each time your referral code is used, you will receive 5% of the net sales that derived from your marketing efforts. Commission will be paid out in the form of a store credit to use at www.lokidokidog.com.

Net sales is the order total, minus any discounts, taxes, shipping, refunds or store credits. We will not issue commission on fraudulent, disputed or duplicated sales.

Commission will be paid out at the end of each month during your term. For example, commissions earned in September will be paid out at the end of September

Any store credits earned during your term, will expire at a set date near the end of your term. Expiration date will be determined when your credits are issued.

Intellectual Property (IP)

The Model agrees & accepts to give Loki Doki Dog LLC & owner unlimited & unrestricted use of any and all creations & work of all social media posts; images; recordings; taglines; hashtags; posts; comments; designs the Ambassador creates to promote Loki Doki Dog LLC and their products. The Model gives Loki Doki Dog LLC & owner unlimited & unrestricted use of any and all creations & work.

With no additional compensation, authorizations or notifications and without any limits, Loki Doki Dog has full use of the Model's social media account name, name, photographs, and voice to use in all Loki Doki Dog’s publishing’s and advertisements on current platforms (LokiDokiDog.com, Facebook & Instagram @LokiDokiDogShop, www.LokiDokiDog.etsy.com) or elsewhere now and in the future; indefinitely, except where prohibited by law and regulation.

A Model may not use any copyrighted works from any other company to promote Loki Doki Dog’s products. Any disagreements that transpire involving the use of another company’s IP, Loki Doki Dog will not be held liable.

Term, Termination & Conditions

Termination of this agreement will occur as follows:

in 3 months or the termination date agreed upon, upon acceptance into the program

Removal

Loki Doki Dog reserves the right to remove any Model from its program.

Harm/Loss:

Loki Doki Dog & owner, will be not be held liable for any injury or damage transpiring from the use or advertising of any Loki Doki Dog products.

Relationship:

This agreement does not create an employee and/or contractor relationship with Loki Doki Dog.

Confidentiality:

The Model may have access to proprietary, private and/or otherwise confidential information of Loki Doki Dog LLC & Owner. The Model will protect such information and treat the Confidential Information as strictly confidential.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire contract between the parties. It displaces all prior agreements and discussions, written or oral, between the parties.

Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
